Pingford’s Porridge is a natural meat product. Always follow safe food handling procedures when handling Pingford’s Porridge. Before and after re-hydrating, care for Pingford’s Porridge as you would any meat product designed for human-consumption.

♥ Store dehydrated Pingford's Porridge in an airtight container in your freezer. Discard after 6 months.

♥ After hydrating Pingford's Porridge, always store unused portions in your refrigerator. Be sure to store Pingford’s Porridge in a tightly sealed container and use within 3-4 days once hydrated. Be sure to test for freshness before each feeding.

DO NOT: Do NOT feed hot Porridge to your ferret. Feeding hot Porridge to a ferret could cause serious injury. Always allow heated Porridge to cool to a safe temperature before feeding. Do NOT force feed Pingford’s Porridge to your ferret. A little bit on the ferret’s tongue from a syringe is all it takes. Do NOT eat Pingford’s Porridge. While Pingford’s Porridge is made with all-natural, human-grade ingredients, it is not meant for human consumption. Do NOT allow Pingford’s Porridge to spoil in your refrigerator. Test for freshness before each feeding. Do NOT feed suspected spoiled Pingford’s Porridge to your ferret. While you’re ferret most likely will not eat spoiled Pingford’s Porridge, if in doubt, throw it out.
